GET A JUMP START IN 2010!

10-10-10 Member Challenge

Workout 10 times per month for 10 months during 2010.
You will automatically be entered into a drawing for a 2011 Free Annual Membership.

10 Ways to Stay Motivated

1. Start small. Commit to working out 3 days per week.
2. Hire a personal trainer to keep you motivated.
3. Attend at least one group fitness class per week.
4. 10 lbs.= 35,000 calories
5. 10x10 (100) 60 minute cardio workouts will burn approximately 35,000 calories (10 lbs!).
6. Participate in fitness incentive programs.
7. Get a fitness evaluation and track your progress!
8. Think positive! Exercise feels good and makes you feel even better.

There are no current enrollment dates set for youth fitness programs at this time! Please check back at a later date for more information about future classes or call (918) 681-4733 to speak to a Fitness Coordinator.

AQUATIC PROGRAMS

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE FAMILY THIS WEEKEND?
Open Family Swim is just $2 per swimmer - open to the public and is offered on Saturdays from 11am-1pm or Sundays from 1pm-5pm.

SWIM TEAM

The Muskogee Sharks Swim Team tryouts are Sepember 2, 7, and 9th, 6:30-8:00pm. Individuals age 6-18 yrs are eligible to tryout. Swimmers must be deep-water safe and able to swim 25 meters freestyle & backstroke. See attached flyer for details. Swim Team Flyer

SWIM LESSONS

ENROLL NOW for fall swim lessons!
Group classes include 8, 30-minute swim lessons. Evening classes are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks.
Lessons start Tuesday, September 14th 2010. See Enrollment Form for details.

LIFEGUARD TRAINING CLASSES

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Muskogee Swim & Fitness Center memberships are all-inclusive and available for individuals age 16 years and older or teens 13-15 years who have completed and meet the Teen Membership Orientation guidelines. Memberships include access to all fitness and aquatic programs. Stop by the front desk for a copy of the membership packet today or come by for a tour of the facility.
